Japanese Wagyu

It is no surprise to most meat eaters that the best beef in the world has always come from Japan. Most of us are familiar with the name Kobe, which many know as very delicious beef fed sake and/or beer, raised in Japan. While we do carry Kobe beef from time to time, we also source beef from different prefectures of Japan, always looking for the best marbling and most delicious flavor. We currently stock Kagoshima beef as our main A5 Japanese Wagyu source, but check in often for a rotating selection or just email us with your requests for other Japanese beef options.
