Brown Family Ranch

The Brown’s have a small, family farm located in South Central Nebraska. Brothers Todd and Mike Brown were raised on a cattle farm and have always had an interest in livestock and raising quality beef. The brothers started their Akaushi herd with the purchase of 7 cows and 3 bulls in 2017, and recently started raising full blood Tajima Wagyu as well.

The cattle are raised on Sandhills grass, finished on homegrown corn and do not receive any artificial growth hormones. The calves are hand fed daily to ensure they are healthy and injury free. Because of the close observation and daily contact, the cattle raised by Brown Family produce beef with tremendous marbling, great flavor, and amazing tenderness/texture.
