All our cows are Wagyu, farm-raised, antibiotic-free and hormone-free. All our beef is dry-aged and hand-cut to our strict specifications, working closely with small processors in CO and the Midwest.

Quality from Start to Finish

Wagyu is not the easiest breed to raise. The offspring are smaller than a typical angus cow when born, which makes for an even more sensitive calf, requiring even more attention. Our ranchers take time to focus on the cattle from start to finish, which means our customers get better meat!


A low stress, open-range life, combined with passion and attention from the ranchers produces tender, delicious, flavorful meat that we are proud to be exclusive distributors of.
